Best Hiking Trails in US Virgin Islands

Overview

These three islands, part of the Lesser Antilles, are territories of the United States.  They include St. John, St. Thomas and St. Croix, with St. Thomas being the most commercialized and where most people will arrive.  There are very low mountains to explore on these islands, especially in the Virgin Islands National Park on St. John. The main areas for hiking are on St. John including the popular Reef Bay Trail, Caneel Hill, Johnny Horn Trail and Bordeaux Mountain.
